Role Overview: The Poultry Salesman will be responsible for achieving sales and collection targets, building strong customer relationships, and applying technical expertise in poultry vaccines and medications.
Main Responsibilities: - Sales & Revenue: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, execute sales plans, and identify new business opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build trust with veterinarians and farm owners, provide tailored solutions, and address service issues promptly.
- Technical Product Support: Offer guidance on vaccine usage, support disease prevention programs, and deliver product presentations.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting: Monitor market trends, report sales data, and maintain customer records.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with policies and animal health standards during sales activities.
- Collaboration & Business Development: Work with operations, logistics, and finance to ensure product availability and participate in marketing campaigns.
Required Skills: Knowledge in poultry disease management, technical sales skills, and compliance awareness.
Academic Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in veterinary medicine, animal science, or related fields.
Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience in poultry vaccines or animal health products is essential.
