Maintenance Supervisor Job at Turoq Contracting Company
We are looking for an outstanding Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Turoq Contracting Company. Your main responsibility will be to prepare a plan and work program to follow up on the procedures for determining the type and nature of maintenance, in addition to distributing tasks to the team.
Main Responsibilities:

• Follow up on the procedures for determining the type and nature of maintenance and estimating the quantity and cost of the necessary materials.
• Distribute tasks and duties to maintenance team members.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the maintenance team and assess their achievements.
• Assess the training needs of maintenance teams.
• Prepare preventive maintenance programs and follow up on their implementation procedures.
• Classify, organize, document, and archive results and work reports.

Required Qualifications:

• High school level.
