Join Salla as an Accountant!We are looking for a dedicated accountant who will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of our logistics operations. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate accounting, reconciliation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Revenue Management: Accurately calculate logistics-related revenues, reconcile with invoices, and manage deferred revenue.
- Cost Management: Process vendor invoices, record cost of goods sold entries, and ensure timely payments.
- Receivables Management: Generate and issue invoices, follow up on outstanding collections, and maintain aging analysis of receivables.
- Merchant Compensation: Process refunds and credit notes while coordinating with relevant teams.
- Cash on Delivery: Reconcile collections with contractual terms.
- Reporting and Reconciliation: Prepare periodic reconciliations and generate reports on billing, collections, and revenue analysis.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Knowledge of shipping processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
