Job Objective
Leading and developing public relations strategies for the agency and clients, building a strong mental image, and enhancing the institutional and media reputation through integrated communication plans and professional relationships with media and the target audience.
Tasks and Responsibilities
First: Planning and Management
- Developing and implementing the agency's and its clients' overall public relations strategy.
- Supervising the preparation of media plans and communication campaigns.
- Managing the team and distributing tasks while monitoring performance.
- Setting the public relations budget and controlling costs.
Second: Communication and Media
- Building and managing relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
- Drafting press releases and overseeing their dissemination across appropriate channels.
- Organizing press conferences, events, and media meetings.
- Monitoring media coverage and measuring its impact on clients' reputation.
Third: Consulting and Relations
- Providing strategic consultations to clients regarding reputation and media crisis management.
- Developing and managing partnerships with governmental and private entities to enhance media presence.
- Professionally dealing with media crises and setting rapid response plans.
Fourth: Follow-up and Reporting
- Preparing periodic reports on public relations activities and their impact on brand perception.
- Analyzing public opinion trends and preparing studies on clients' image.
- Monitoring the performance of media campaigns and suggesting improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Media, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in public relations.
- Proficiency in drafting media content in both Arabic and English.
- High skills in negotiation, persuasion, and communication at different levels.
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary project teams and work under pressure.
