General Objective of the Position:To develop and implement community responsibility initiatives that enhance the college's relationship with the local community and supervise community health awareness and services programs provided by the college, reflecting the college's values and goals in improving health and education.
Tasks and Responsibilities:- Planning and Implementing Initiatives:
- Develop community responsibility strategies in collaboration with senior management.
- Implement projects and programs that serve the local community, particularly in health and education.
- Collaboration with Local Organizations:
- Build relationships with charities, schools, hospitals, and other organizations to enhance community partnerships.
- Coordinate to organize joint events and initiatives that support public health and education.
- Volunteer Management:
- Recruit and train volunteers to participate in external programs and events.
- Monitor and evaluate volunteer performance and provide necessary feedback.
- Promotion and Communication:
- Develop promotional and educational materials to raise awareness of community responsibility activities.
- Utilize various media to promote the college's initiatives and disseminate their results.
- Program Evaluation:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of community programs and initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare periodic reports on progress made and the impact of programs on the community.
Qualifications and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in social sciences, social work, education, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in community responsibility or social work, preferably in the medical or educational sector.
Required Skills:- Strong communication skills and the ability to build partnerships.
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage projects.
- Leadership skills and the ability to manage teams and volunteers.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
