We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Revenue professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and confirm guest room reservations made by clients via phone, letter, or fax.
• Input all reservations into the computer, recording all pertinent information and attend to inquiries, complaints, and requests regarding reservations.
• Stay updated with all promotions in and around the hotel, following established procedures for processing room reservations, rates, confirmations, and hotel facilities.
• Maintain an established filing system for all correspondence and collate reports as required by the Reservations Manager or Supervisor.
• Ensure all incoming calls are answered according to Rotana standards, and check constantly the incoming e-mails.
• Organize visa requests for hotel guests as per hotel policy and up-sell whenever an opportunity is identified.

Qualifications:

• A diploma/degree within the hospitality field with previous experience in hotel reservations.
• Proficient in computer tasks and possess excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English; additional language skills are an asset.

Responsible for receiving direct and indirect reservations from booking sites. Responsible for ensuring payment with insurance and communicating with the client until their entry into the residential unit. Weekly reports on occupancy. Follow-up and photographing the units in preparation for adding them to various sites. Using all technologies that support the spread of residential units.
