This role aims to maintain a safe, compliant, and trustworthy digital environment by meticulously reviewing user-generated content on a high-volume online platform. You will be instrumental in ensuring all content adheres to established safety standards, community guidelines, and legal requirements. Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with internal guidelines, safety standards, and legal requirements.
- Identify and flag content that violates policies, including harmful, misleading, or inappropriate material, and report it.
- Consistently apply moderation rules, maintaining high levels of accuracy and fairness in all decisions.
- Escalate complex, sensitive, or unclear cases to senior moderators or specialized policy teams for further review.
- Meet productivity and quality targets within a high-volume moderation environment.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling user data and sensitive content.
- Support continuous improvement of moderation processes by providing feedback and insights.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess a strong attention to detail and good judgment, with the ability to work effectively in structured moderation environments.
- Demonstrate keen attention to detail and the ability to objectively assess potentially sensitive or harmful content.
- Have a basic understanding of content moderation workflows, tools, and community guidelines.

Additional Opportunity Information
This is a full-time, fully remote position. The role requires 0-1 year of experience, with a preference for 6 months to 1 year in Trust & Safety, Compliance, Moderation, or similar roles. Monthly compensation is up to $800 USD, depending on eligibility.
