Customer accountant and customer service – Restaurant
Job Purpose:
To ensure the provision of distinguished customer service and a positive experience for visitors by accurately and efficiently managing payment processes, handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, contributing to enhancing customer satisfaction and increasing their loyalty.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Accounting Tasks:
• Receiving cash and electronic payments from customers accurately.
• Issuing invoices and preparing daily sales reports.
• Verifying the validity of orders and received amounts.
• Coordinating with the finance department regarding deposits and expenses.
• Assisting in the daily cash inventory and reconciling it with sales.
Customer Service Tasks:
• Welcoming customers with a smile and courteous interaction.
• Responding to customer inquiries about the menu and promotions.
• Handling customer complaints promptly and professionally and finding suitable solutions.
• Documenting feedback and suggestions and conveying them to management.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction with the service and products before they leave.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum of a high school diploma (preferably a diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration).
• Previous experience in customer service (at least one year in the restaurant or hospitality sector).
• Proficiency in working with point of sale (POS) systems.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Neat appearance and eloquence in speaking.

Work Hours and Location:
• Full-time (shifts according to the restaurant's system).
