المسؤوليات الرئيسية
تحديد والتواصل مع العملاء المحتملين عبر القطاعات الكبيرة والمتوسطة
التعامل مع دورة المبيعات كاملة (البحث، العروض، الاقتراحات، التفاوض، الإغلاق)
إجراء عروض تقديمية للمنتج والتواصل بوضوح حول قيمة AREEB
بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء (موارد بشرية، وتطوير وتعلم، وقادة الأعمال)
تحقيق أهداف الإيرادات الشهرية والربع سنوية
توسيع الحسابات القائمة من خلال البيع الإضافي والبيع المتقاطع
التعاون مع فريق المنتج لنقل رؤى العملاء والملاحظات


المتطلبات
2–5 سنوات من الخبرة في مبيعات B2B (يفضل في SaaS، EdTech، أو حلول الموارد البشرية)
مهارات قوية في التواصل والعرض والتفاوض

المهام والمسؤوليات:

الإلمام بأقسام ومنتجات الفرع.

استقبال العملاء وخدمتهم باحترافية.

ترتيب وتنظيم الرفوف بشكل مستمر.

العمل على نظام المحاسبة (الكاشير) وإتمام عمليات البيع.

فتح وإغلاق المعرض حسب جدول العمل.

المحافظة على نظافة وترتيب بيئة العمل.

نظام العمل:
