Job Title:
Pricing Engineer - Information Technology Sector
Job Objective:
Prepare and analyze price offers and calculate the estimated cost of projects, products, and services in the information technology sector, ensuring a balance between price competitiveness and company profitability, and supporting the sales and bidding team in winning projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Study Requests for Proposals (RFPs, RFQs) and analyze technical and financial requirements.
2. Price quantity tables for government projects.
3. Prepare pricing tables and financial offers for projects and products (devices, systems, software solutions, support and maintenance services).
4. Coordinate with technical teams (infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, software) to understand needs and estimate required resources.
5. Communicate with suppliers and partners to obtain price quotes and compare prices and discounts.
6. Prepare cost analysis and calculate the expected profit margin for each project.
7. Contribute to the formulation of technical and financial offers and submit them on time.
8. Monitor market prices and compare competitors to update pricing strategies.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and pricing procedures and adhere to contractual terms.
10. Support the sales team by providing data and reports related to cost and profitability.
11. Contribute to improving pricing templates and developing cost and profit calculation tools.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience (3–5 years) in pricing, bidding, or cost management in the information technology field.
• Good knowledge of technical solutions (networks, cybersecurity, data centers, cloud computing, software).
• Proficiency in data preparation and analysis using Excel and other analytical tools.
• Ability to prepare clear and accurate financial reports.
• Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and partners.

• Visit clients and maintain strong relationships.
• Achieve sales objectives and report weekly activities to the Marketing & Sales Manager.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, or Sales within the construction sector, specifically in the Western Region (preferably in Jeddah/Makkah/Taif/Abha).
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate the activities of a maintenance technician team.
• Focus on compliance with the preventive maintenance plan and effectively manage breakdown maintenance.
• Coordinate with area supervisors for the execution of monthly and weekly maintenance plans.
• Provide on-site maintenance and repairs on various electrical systems such as generators, transformers, and motors.
• Ensure maintenance activities adhere to safety standards and specifications, as well as manufacturer’s recommendations.
• Submit regular progress reports to Area Maintenance supervisors.

• Manage all customer-related activities from receiving inquiries to system entry, quotation preparation, and sales contract issuance.
• Follow up on order status (suspensions, releases, payments, cancellations) and coordinate with Operations & Finance departments.

• Practical experience in naval operations or ship maintenance.
• Knowledge of hazard management and risk assessment processes.
• Strong technical and interpersonal skills.
• English proficiency (IELTS or equivalent for non-native speakers).

• Proven sales experience in the precast industry is essential.

• Perform quantity take-offs and measurements for construction and civil works projects.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), material take-off sheets, and cost-related schedules.
• Assist in preparing periodic quantity and cost reports for ongoing projects.
• Use quantity surveying software and engineering measurement tools efficiently.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project teams, and stakeholders to verify quantities and project data.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project specifications and drawings.
• Maintain organized records of measurements, calculations, and reports.
• Support the project team in achieving cost efficiency and timely reporting.

• Saudi nationality (mandatory).
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related construction discipline.
• Practical experience or basic knowledge in quantity surveying for construction projects.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and engineering measurement tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under time constraints.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.

• Ensure compliance with client safety policies and international safety standards (OSHA, NEBOSH, etc.).
• Enforce adherence to Permit to Work (PTW) systems including Hot Work, Confined Space Entry, and Working at Heights.
• Monitor compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) laws and regulations.
• Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Risk Assessments before the commencement of tasks.
• Identify potential hazards and implement preventive and corrective measures.
• Participate in HAZID / HAZOP studies during project planning phases.

• Coordinate supplemental inspections for new equipment and hazards.
• Assist in project safety planning and hazard investigations.
• Ensure corrective actions are completed promptly and verify safety recommendations implementation.
• Investigate illnesses and injuries to prevent recurrence and submit weekly status reports outlining completed projects.
• Maintain safety supplies and enforce company safety rules.
• Encourage reporting of unsafe acts and comply with SHE procedures.

• Minimum 10 years of Oil & Gas maintenance experience with a High School diploma, or 8 years with a diploma.
• Industrial Safety qualification or certified as a Registered Safety Professional/Certified Safety Professional.
• Proficient in First Aid, CPR, and computer skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic management abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and sound judgment under pressure.

• Conduct safety inspections on equipment, tools, and working conditions.
• Inspect safety gear, ladders, ropes, and tools, replacing any that do not meet safety standards.
• Observe work crews, reporting any lapses in safety precautions.
• Examine conditions of ditches and tunnels and recommend safety measures.
• Investigate accidents, identify root causes, and develop preventive measures.
• Instruct workers on the proper use of safety equipment and safe working practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and encourage reporting of unsafe conditions.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance with a high school diploma, or 6 years with a diploma.
• Strong technical understanding of safety-related maintenance tasks.
