Carrier, a global leader in HVAC solutions, is seeking a Sales Engineer to enhance our service sales team. Your role will involve managing customer relationships, overseeing service agreements, and executing sales strategies to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations and proposals, following up on service sales inquiries.
• Lead negotiations to maximize profit margins.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain existing customer relationships while developing new clientele.
• Provide support in digital service proposals and technical offerings.
• Manage the collections process for service payments.
• Forecast monthly sales according to service requirements.
• Conduct customer visits to enhance service awareness and share product knowledge.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or an MBA preferred.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in service sales.
• Proficient in English and Arabic.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
