• Collaborate with project teams to integrate HSE considerations into schedules and workflows.
• Provide strategic leadership in promoting a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
• Engage actively with project teams to reinforce safety priorities.
• Stay updated on local and international HSE regulations.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and identify potential hazards.

Engineering Office Manager
Holds a professional classification from the Saudi Commission for Engineers in architectural/civil engineering
Responsibilities

1. Familiarity with building systems and the Saudi code
2. Qualifying the office with government agencies
3. Communicating with clients and attracting new clients

A Saudi female architect with no more than 5 years of experience in architectural design and visualization and supervision of residential and commercial projects is required to work at an engineering and professional consultancy company. The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in architecture and be proficient in design programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D Max, as well as other architectural programs relevant to the field.

Main tasks:

• Preparing and developing architectural designs and execution plans

• Supervising project implementation and tracking construction phases

• Coordinating with contractors, consultants, and various teams

• Preparing technical reports and quantity calculations

• Providing innovative architectural solutions that meet client requirements

• Ensuring compliance with local and international engineering standards and specifications

• Participating in project meetings and delivering presentations to clients

• Cost Engineering, Budgeting, and Invoicing activities.
• Cost estimation and analysis at various project stages including Initiation, Study, FEED/ECS, and EPIC/Construction.
• Monitoring and forecasting costs, as well as reporting and evaluating claims.

• Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering Discipline.
• Certified Estimating Professional from AACE or equivalent certifications is preferable.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Cost Engineering, with at least 5 years in Cost Estimation for upstream/downstream projects.
• Proficiency in cost estimation, monitoring, and negotiations.
• Experience in quantity surveying is an advantage.

• Participate in setting objectives and plans related to safety operations management.
• Design and develop safety plans for emergencies, fires, and disaster management.
• Ensure the efficiency of safety systems and alarm and fire systems used.
• Follow up on the processes for determining specifications and quality levels for safety services.
• Supervise the preparation of summaries and general reports.

• Monitoring actual costs and comparing them to planned budgets
• Preparing periodic reports on project performance in terms of cost
• Analyzing variances and providing recommendations to control costs
• Coordinating with various departments to gather data and update costs
• Participating in preparing bids and analyzing financial offers
• Applying best practices in cost management and expense control

• Establish and manage the HSE organization structure to adequately support operations.
• Plan and prepare the annual HSE department budget.
• Conduct HSE performance reviews and ensure compliance with the APC HSE management system along with applicable laws and standards.
• Lead the development of Emergency Preparedness and Response Plans and conduct drills for readiness.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the HSE management system.
• Lead annual inspections and participate in external HSE audits.
• Maintain the site’s Risk Register and ensure all risk assessments are updated and communicated.
• Engage in HSE projects and continuously enhance our strategies.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in multicultural environments, preferably with ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 certifications.
• Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities are essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Occupational Health and Safety and ISO certifications are required.
