Achieving the monthly sales target

- Welcoming all customers directly upon their entry to the showroom

- Building a positive relationship with customers, understanding their needs, and offering the suitable product for them

- Dealing with customer complaints positively and trying to resolve all their issues, escalating the matter to the direct manager if the solution is not possible

- Handling exchange and return requests for all customers according to the regulations in place and following the instructions regarding holding goods

- Providing high-level customer service by treating the customer professionally, listening to them, giving them adequate attention, following the five principles of customer service, and maintaining continuous communication with the customer via phone, text messages, and mail, and informing the customer about all new goods and services

- Maintaining cleanliness in the workplace

- Maintaining a proper appearance and adhering to the complete official uniform

- Following management instructions regarding the work regulations that have been previously circulated, such as (instructions regarding working hours, breaks, meal times and locations, entry and exit, work visits, vacations, etc.)

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Order and Operations Follow-up: Receiving daily orders, processing them, ensuring they are shipped and delivered on time, and following up on return processes..
• Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels regularly, coordinating with the purchasing team to replenish quantities, and conducting necessary inventory checks..
• Customer Service: Handling customer inquiries and complaints related to products, shipping, or packaging, and providing appropriate solutions to maintain the store's reputation..
• Analysis and Reporting: Monitoring store performance, tracking visits and sales, and preparing periodic reports and analyses (monthly/quarterly) for senior management..

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business Administration, or a related field..
• Experience: Previous experience in managing online stores or the e-commerce sector..
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Zid), and web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics).
• Soft Skills: Effective communication skills, teamwork ability, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.. 

• Preparing and implementing annual and quarterly marketing plans in line with the company's objectives.
• Managing advertising campaigns across traditional and digital channels (ads, social media, real estate exhibitions).
• Studying and analyzing the market and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Supervising the design of marketing materials (brochures, videos, digital content).
• Developing professional relationships with clients and strategic partners.
• Monitoring the performance of the marketing and sales team and providing necessary support and training.
• Preparing periodic reports on the results of marketing campaigns and performance indicators.

• Create engaging visual assets for social media, marketing materials, presentations, and internal communications.

• Ensure all designs align with TestCrew’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Assist in developing new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
• Prepare final artwork files for production and publishing.
• Maintain a library of design assets and templates.
• Support in improving design processes and creative enhancements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Recent graduate (0–2 years of experience).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Figma is a plus.
• Strong visual portfolio showcasing design capabilities.
• Fluency in both English spoken and written.
• Must be a Saudi national eligible for the Tamheer program.
• No prior work experience registered in GOSI system required.
• Commitment to a full 6-month Tamheer training period.

• Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
