About the Role: As the Security Supervisor, you will be pivotal in overseeing daily security operations to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and the property. Responsibilities include implementing security policies, documenting incidents, and coordinating with external authorities when needed.
Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily security operations of the resort.
- Enforce all security policies to maintain safety standards.
- Document all incidents related to security and safety.
- Coordinate with local authorities as necessary.
Knowledge and Skills: - Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Experience managing property protection and lifesaving situations.
- Trained in CPR, first aid, and firefighting.
- Previous police or security experience is highly desirable.
