Key Responsibilities:- Administer and monitor ManageEngine products (*, ServiceDesk Plus, OpManager) to ensure optimal performance.
- Communicate with ManageEngine support for technical assistance and product updates.
- Assist in developing product roadmaps aligned with client needs.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
- Manage IT asset inventories and ensure compliance with Change Management processes.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in supporting and configuring ITSM/ITOM tools, specifically ManageEngine.
- ITIL Foundation certification is required; MCSE certification is preferred.
