Working hours are 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.

• Ensure to interact with visitors and calls in a warm and kind and professional way, while trying to anticipate their needs as much as possible.

• Follow the security procedures for registering visitors and guests, and managing the visitor log in an Excel file.

• Manage and direct visitors arriving at the office, especially government officials, clients, suppliers, and other guests, including collecting the necessary information about the purpose of their visit and informing the concerned person accordingly.

• Possess the necessary skills to handle any complaints from customers or visitors professionally and respectfully, and escalate them to the relevant person when needed.

• Handle visitor cards, keep written records of visitors, issue temporary visitor cards, and ensure their return after the visit; in addition to controlling all entrance doors and communicating with the security company in case of any issues.

• Manage the daily requests from on-site employees.

• Record, track, and update requests for assistance related to equipment breakdowns and needed improvements, updating the status as necessary.

• Manage and issue permanent and temporary cards, activate them, and distribute them.

• Maintain the file keeping system at the reception and update it regularly according to CBRE procedures, adhering to health and safety procedures and reporting any hazards, and attend CBRE training.

• Receive all mail shipments and keep a record of all received shipments.

• Ensure compliance with the security and emergency procedures for clients at all times and participate actively in building evacuations according to the incident control procedures.

• Follow-up on attendance and absence records and update the list regularly.

• Collaborate with colleagues to share daily reports and information in a constructive manner.
