Responsibilities:- Provide individualized dietary care and support for patients.
- Educate and resource patients, families, and caregivers for optimal recovery support.
- Adhere to evidence-based practices and implement cost control procedures.
- Conduct comprehensive diet histories and nutritional assessments.
- Plan and calculate therapeutic diets tailored to patient needs.
- Evaluate calorie intake and develop nutritional care plans.
- Communicate effectively with the clinical staff regarding food-drug interactions.
- Conduct departmental lectures and participate in community awareness campaigns.
Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Nutrition.
Professional Experience:Two years of relevant experience.
Specialized Skills:- Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and oral.
- Proficient in computer usage.
Competence:High degree of ethical standards, integrity, and accountability in handling patient information and safety practices.
Attitude:Effective and compassionate communication with a positive, calm, and confident demeanor, displaying leadership qualities when necessary.
