This position is based in Jubail and will report directly to the Chief Information Officer within the function of EBS. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support by managing documentation, handling appointments and meetings, preparing statistical reports, and controlling confidential data/information, ensuring smooth operations at the management level based on Trust, Integrity, and Accountability.

Job Purpose:

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Knowledge of relevant software applications - including spreadsheets, word processing, and database management.
  • Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures and business principles, protocols & etiquette.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations.
  • Manage and maintain expense reports.
  • Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • Arrange superior’s travel and accommodation.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and manage schedules.
  • Handle incoming communication and provide appropriate responses.
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors professionally.
  • Maintain office systems, supplies, and equipment.

Skills Required:
  • Proficient in English language skills including spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
  • Ability to produce documentation and handle multitasking.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
