Join our team as a Furniture Upholsterer!We are looking for a skilled Upholsterer/Furniture Upholstery Worker to interpret design orders and create exquisite upholstery for various furniture pieces. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Dismantling furniture for upholstery preparation.
- Measuring and cutting leather or fabric using design stencils.
- Installing foam and batting into the furniture framework.
- Repairing furniture webbing and seating springs.
- Stretching and installing fabric or leather coverings.
- Stitching, gluing, and nailing fabric into place.
- Smoothing out imperfections in the upholstery.
- Conducting quality checks on completed orders.
