We are looking for a social media and content creation specialist who is creative and precise to manage and develop our presence on various social media platforms. This position requires a strong balance between creativity and performance-based marketing, with practical experience in content creation, short videos, and paid advertising on social media, especially in the food and beverage sector. Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Social Media Management: - Managing daily accounts on social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms (including posting and engaging with followers). - Planning, scheduling, and publishing content according to the approved content calendar. - Monitoring performance, engagement, and trends, and preparing reports to help improve content. Content and Video Production: - Producing short videos for TikTok, Reels, and Stories using tools like CapCut or other video editing software. - Delivering strong storytelling content through video that aligns with brand identity and campaign goals. - Working closely with designers (or executing simple designs when needed) to ensure visual consistency. - Coordinating photoshoots, content ideas, and creative execution. Content Writing and Commentary: - Writing engaging comments and texts in both Arabic and English. - High attention to detail in wording, grammar, tone, and brand identity. - Adapting messages to suit each platform and its audience. Paid Advertising and Performance: - Planning, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok. - Understanding the basics of targeting, types of ad content, and key performance indicators. - Supporting campaign execution and analyzing post-campaign results. Marketing and Campaigns: - Assisting in planning and executing marketing campaigns, especially in the food and beverage sector. - Preparing and managing monthly content and marketing schedules. - Supporting the launch of promotional offers and seasonal campaigns. Local Presence and Platforms: - Managing and updating Google Maps and Google My Business accounts. - Ensuring the accuracy of brand information, images, and customer interactions. Requirements and Skills: - Proven experience in managing social media accounts (preferably in the food and beverage sector). - Strong skills in producing short videos (TikTok, Reels). - Experience using CapCut or similar video editing tools. - Basic design knowledge or experience working with designers. - Good understanding of paid advertising on Facebook and TikTok. - High storytelling skills and creative thinking. - Excellent content writing skills with a strong focus on detail. - Ability to write in both Arabic and English. - High organization and good time management. - Experience working on campaigns and preparing marketing and content schedules. - Familiarity with managing Google Maps and Google My Business. Additional Features (Preferred): - Experience working with restaurants or hospitality brands. - Understanding food trends and social media culture and trending content. Ability to analyze data and provide suggestions for improving content.
