Job Announcement | Purchasing Specialist (Saudi National)

The Arab Tree Company announces its desire to hire a Saudi national Purchasing Specialist to join its specialized team in afforestation and landscaping projects.

Main Tasks:

• Purchasing irrigation and agricultural materials and supplies.

• Supplying swimming pool and fountain supplies, including pumps, electrical, and mechanical materials.

• Dealing with suppliers of stones, marble, and other materials necessary for projects.

• Managing negotiation and contract processes and ensuring the best quality and price.

Conditions:

• The applicant must be a Saudi national.

• Experience of no less than 3 years in the field of purchasing, preferably in agriculture, contracting, or landscaping.

• The ability to research, analyze, and negotiate with suppliers.

• Proficiency in using computers and purchasing management software.

Mechanical Works Supervisor (Air Conditioning / Fire Fighting / Plumbing)

Able to read plans and supervise the team efficiently and deliver the work to the consultant

Public relations service with governmental and quasi-governmental entities and the private sector

• Company representative in matters related to governmental and quasi-governmental documents and the private sector

• Following up all transactions with governmental and quasi-governmental entities and the private sector such as (passports, insurance, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, etc.)

• Preparing official documents for governmental entities and the private sector and accomplishing them on time

• Scheduling appointments with governmental and quasi-governmental entities and the private sector
• Reviewing governmental entities and quasi-governments and accomplishing them on time

• Following up vehicles belonging to the company such as (vehicle licenses, vehicle insurance, receiving vehicles and delivering them to employees, accident reports, etc.)
• And following up with Wa’i company regarding vehicles such as (vehicle registration, adding credit to vehicles, and monitoring vehicle credit, etc.)

• Extracting health cards such as (school registration, following up the studies of employees, and registering in the system in case of success or failure, and adding health cards in the system, etc.)
• Following up health cards such as (when the cards were issued, the duration of the health card, when the health card expires, registering it in the system, etc.)

• Following up matters related to governmental documents and quasi-governmental and private sector

A restaurant manager with at least 2 years of experience in the McDonald's Saudi Arabia (central region) chain is required, who has high leadership skills and the ability to manage the team efficiently. He is responsible for the full supervision of the daily operations of the restaurant and ensuring the highest quality standards in providing service and food. The main responsibilities include:

• Managing and training the staff and organizing work schedules

• Monitoring the quality of food and service and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Managing inventory and monitoring costs and budget

• Ensuring adherence to hygiene and food safety standards

• Dealing with customer complaints and resolving them professionally

• Developing marketing plans and business development

• Preparing periodic reports on the restaurant's performance

It is required to work in one of the branches of McDonald's Saudi Arabia in the central region for a period of not less than two years.
