Main Responsibilities:- Respond to email queries within 24 hours and attend calls promptly under IFH & LQA standards.
- Gather necessary guest details during bookings, ensuring their information is accurately noted in the Opera system.
- Maintain professional email and telephone etiquette, while ensuring all reservation correspondence is fully understood and acted upon.
- Communicate last-minute changes to the respective departments effectively.
Desired Qualifications:- Strong communication skills with a focus on courteous and clear guest interaction.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Competency in MS Office applications.
