Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Secretary to support our executive leadership team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Al Khobar, requiring exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and efficient daily operations while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the MD, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Draft, review, and manage official correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain and organize confidential records and documents.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the MD.
  • Manage logistics for meetings, conferences, and business functions.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders professionally.
  • Handle company secretarial duties including minutes of meetings, legal documentation, and compliance support.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Support executives in ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role (minimum 5+ years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of executive-level administrative and company secretarial practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic & English.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
