  • Redirect communication and inquiries to the appropriate persons for action.
  • Manage the department’s bookkeeping and other site-based finance-related duties, prepare requisitions, manage petty cash, etc.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Manage consultant and vendor relationships including travel, service agreements, and the like.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team in Riyadh. This is a one-year contract position, with the possibility of extension.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Meeting Room Coordination: Manage schedules for meeting rooms for seamless operations.
  • Visitor Access Management: Oversee gate access for visitors to ensure security.
  • Travel and Accommodation: Coordinate flight bookings and hotel reservations for employees.
  • Logistics Management: Handle receipt and dispatch of office packages via courier services.
  • Access Requests: Process employee access requests for customer sites.
  • Team Support: Assist the team and liaise with departments for smooth communication.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure timely maintenance of office infrastructure.
  • Documentation: Prepare necessary administrative documents.
  • Procurement and Supplies: Manage procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Business Card Printing: Assist in designing and printing employee business cards.

Qualifications Required:
  • Proven experience in a receptionist or office administration role.
  • Good knowledge of front desk and receptionist procedures.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
