About the job:Job Title: Sales Coordinator (منسق مبيعات)
Job Objective:To provide administrative and operational support to the sales team by managing reports, monitoring performance, coordinating team activities, and ensuring timely access to accurate information, contributing to improving departmental efficiency and achieving sales targets.
Main Tasks:- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports (sales representatives' performance, achievement percentage, new clients, lost clients).
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and update dashboards and tracking files periodically.
- Prepare analytical reports that highlight the gaps between the target and what has been achieved.
- Manage and update customer data via Excel or CRM systems.
- Coordinate sales program data and information and ensure its accuracy.
- Follow up on customer commitments (receivables - delivery dates - special requests) and alert on any updates.
- Prepare presentations and reports to support sales meetings with key clients.
- Follow up on the implementation of management decisions within the team and provide reports on achievements.
- Monitor key customer movement (Key Accounts) and alert management to any observations or opportunities.
Required Skills:- Proficiency in Excel and reporting (Pivot, Dashboard).
- High organizational skills and prioritization.
- Quick in communication and drafting official correspondence.
- Good background in sales indicators and analysis methods.
