Tasks and Responsibilities
- Managing the daily operational processes of the exhibition.
- Caring for the aesthetic aspects of the exhibition environment to ensure it is attractive and delightful for customers.
- Training and supervising exhibition staff, and providing them with guidance on product knowledge and customer service.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitoring sales and analyzing related performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborating with marketing teams to execute promotional activities and events.
- Ensuring that products are displayed in a manner that is appropriate for the product category and sales method.
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their issues to ensure their satisfaction.
- Ensuring the accuracy of information related to stock levels and ensuring sufficient stock availability and coordinating all restocking activities.
- Implementing company policies and procedures.
- Holding regular meetings with staff to inform them of goals, provide updates, and keep them aware of performance expectations.
- Establishing a culture of positive work and attention to customer needs among exhibition team members.
