Job Title: Social Media Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
Managing social media accounts (X, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Preparing and implementing a monthly content plan.
Writing and drafting advertising and interactive posts.
Designing or formatting visual content (images, videos, reels).
Responding to comments and messages and building relationships with followers.
Keeping up with trends and utilizing them in content.
Analyzing performance and submitting monthly reports (reach, engagement, growth).
Managing paid advertising campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
Coordinating with designers, content creators, and influencers.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in using social media platforms and management tools.
High skill in marketing writing in Arabic (English preferred).
Understanding the basics of digital marketing and content creation.
Ability to analyze data and read statistics.
Creativity and the ability to come up with content ideas.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with the basics of photography and editing (a plus).
Qualifications and Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
At least one year of experience in managing social media accounts.
Portfolio or accounts previously managed.
Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
Familiarity with scheduling and analysis tools like Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite.
Partial or full availability depending on the nature of the work.
