Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
