The role is critical for identifying, securing, and nurturing automotive dealerships and bulk sales channels across the Kingdom, aiming to shape Jetour's growth trajectory in Saudi Arabia by building a robust dealer network and exploring new fleet and bulk purchasing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, evaluate, and sign Tier-1 automotive dealers, managing the entire process from lead generation and due diligence to commercial negotiation and contract execution.
  • Develop secondary distribution points, city pop-up stores, and lightweight channels to address market gaps.
  • Engage with local car rental companies, corporate fleets, enterprise procurement departments, and government tenders to establish wholesale channels.
  • Design and execute a 30-day "light launch" plan for new dealers, coordinating marketing support and ensuring initial purchase orders.
  • Conduct regular dealer visits to analyze inventory turnover and retail data, drive performance improvements, and ensure network sales contributions meet company targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Must have automotive industry experience in channel development, dealer management, or sales.
  • Preference for candidates with prior experience expanding a Chinese automotive brand within Saudi Arabia.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Saudi Arabian or broader Middle East market, with a solid understanding of local dealer cooperation models and business culture.
  • Proficiency in dealer evaluation and commercial negotiation is essential.
  • Ability to independently manage the full business development cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
  • Business-fluent in both English and Arabic.
  • Must hold a valid Saudi driving license and be willing to travel frequently.
  • Must be results-driven and capable of delivering measurable outcomes in terms of new outlets opened and incremental units sold.
