Documenting transactions by filling out forms and records, and maintaining a database of calls, results, and actions taken. Arranging visits for sales representatives, with the aim of promoting and selling products and services. Securing customer orders over the phone.
Achieving daily and monthly sales targets. • Submitting performance reports to the responsible supervisor. • Working as a product expert in doors, windows, aluminum, glass, and internal and external door systems.

• Using door and window design software such as Pyramid, RA Workshop, Archimede, Dowes to prepare designs, calculate dimensions, extract quantities and costs, and provide accurate and professional quotes.

• Providing technical consultations to customers and assisting them in making purchasing decisions based on actual needs and accurate specifications.

• Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

1- At the beginning of each month, target customers are identified.
