About the Role:As a Warehouse Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the planning, organization, and management of warehouse operations. Key duties include:
- Managing the receipt and dispatch of materials and goods.
- Ensuring compliance with protocols and proper storage.
- Preparing and presenting documentation and reports related to warehouse activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee material receipt, ensuring alignment with purchase orders and QA standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and logs.
- Monitor material quantities and manage inventory levels.
- Prepare and organize storage areas according to quality standards.
- Issue Goods Received Notes and manage stock transactions.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Qualifications:We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Saudi national.
- 23 years of experience.
- Experience with SAP is preferred.
- Knowledge of GMP and material safety data sheets (MSDS).
- Good English language skills.
