General Accountant
Job Description:
We are looking for an accountant with experience in managing and executing all accounting and financial tasks, with the ability to prepare tax reports and comply with the financial and zakat regulations approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Accurately manage and record all daily accounting transactions.
* Prepare accounting entries and monthly bank reconciliations.
* Monitor receivables, payables, and inventory.
* Prepare periodic financial reports and analyze financial results.
* Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
* Prepare and submit tax returns (Value Added Tax and Zakat) and ensure compliance with regulations and instructions.
* Follow up on invoices and expenses, review and approve them.
* Coordinate with the external auditor and government agencies when necessary.
* Follow up on salaries, commissions, and incentives if necessary.
* Work on improving financial procedures and organizing accounting files and records.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting
* Previous experience in accounting and preparing tax reports.
* Good knowledge of the regulations of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
* High accuracy, organization, and ability to work under pressure.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills
