Full-time A human resources (HR) manager is required to work at the company, responsible for managing and executing human resources operations, including recruitment, preparing and following up on employment contracts, managing employee files, tracking attendance and departures, vacations, and completing procedures related to employees. The tasks also include dealing with relevant government platforms such as Qiwa, social insurance, and Muqeem, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and preparing periodic reports related to human resources. A minimum of five years of experience in the field of human resources is required, proficiency in using government systems and platforms, high organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work accurately and confidentially while efficiently following up on tasks.
