Event Coordinator

• Receiving potential clients and communicating with them to understand their housing needs.
• Displaying available residential units and clarifying the advantages and technical and financial specifications of each unit.
• Preparing sales offers and negotiating with clients to ensure the completion of deals under suitable terms.
• Following up with clients from the inquiry stage until signing contracts and receiving the unit.
• Working to achieve the monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
• Building a database of clients and maintaining long-term relationships with them.
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth sales and delivery procedures.
• Participating in exhibitions and real estate events to promote the company's projects and increase sales opportunities.
• Preparing periodic reports about sales movement and client feedback.
• Complying with the policies and procedures approved by the company.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• At least two years of practical experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Good knowledge of real estate sales and marketing systems and regulations in the Kingdom.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with using CRM systems and Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

• Salary ranges from 5000 to 8500, determined after the interview.
• Additional salary every six months based on employee evaluation.
• 6 working days, Friday is a weekly day off.

• Patrolling and monitoring work areas to protect property against theft and vandalism.
• Monitoring the entrance and exit operations to the establishment and checking the identities of suppliers and visitors.
• Checking gates, doors, and windows to ensure the physical security of the establishment.
• Responding quickly to alarms and investigating incidents immediately.
• Communicating with fire, ambulance, or police departments when necessary.
• Complying with health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

• Practical experience of at least one year in the field of security.
• A minimum educational level of primary education.
• Advanced skills in fire prevention, safety instructions, and health and safety.
• The ability to take responsibility and monitor the work site accurately.
• Proficiency in the Arabic language at an advanced level.

• Full-time work for six days a week.
• A monthly salary ranging from 4000 to 4800 Saudi Riyals.
