In this senior role, you will report to the Executive Chef and oversee the creation, execution, and presentation of all pastry and bakery offerings across the hotel’s restaurants, banqueting, and in-room dining.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire the pastry team, managing daily operations across all outlets.
