About the Role:
The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operational activities of the medical center, lead the medical and administrative team, monitor performance and achieve operational and financial targets, ensure the provision of high-quality health services that achieve patient satisfaction, apply approved policies and procedures, submit periodic reports to senior management, and contribute to service development, improving the patient experience, and supporting the branch's growth and expansion plans.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospital Management, Business Administration, or a related field in health sciences.
• At least 5 years of experience in the health sector.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of health regulations and laws in the Kingdom.
