The café manager is responsible for the complete supervision of the café's operation and ensuring smooth workflow with high efficiency, by monitoring employee performance, organizing schedules, and ensuring compliance with approved policies and standards. He is responsible for managing opening and closing operations and monitoring inventory periodically to ensure product availability and reduce waste. He oversees the quality of products and services provided to customers and continuously works to improve the customer experience. He also contributes to developing the business by proposing and implementing effective marketing plans to increase sales and enhance the café's presence in the market. He follows up on financial aspects in coordination with the accountant, including invoices and expenses, and ensures the accuracy of financial reports. In addition, he works on building a strong team and developing its skills, while setting expansion plans to prepare the café for opening new branches in the future.
