• Preparing specialty coffee with consistent levels (Espresso, Filter, Manual Brewing)
• Grinding calibration and controlling brewing variables (Dose, Yield, Time, TDS)
• Providing an upscale hospitality experience and confidently explaining the menu in depth
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the workstation and barista equipment (Daily, Weekly Maintenance)
• Contributing to the development of the seasonal menu and signature drinks
Requirements:
• At least one year of experience in specialty coffee (Preferred: experience with La Marzocco / Slayer / Modbar machines)
• Theoretical and practical understanding of Extraction Theory and Dialing-In
• Proficiency in Latte Art (Rosetta level as a minimum)
• SCA certifications as an additional advantage (Barista Skills, Brewing)
