Preparation of financial studies and feasibility studies for real estate projects. (Costs, financial structure, returns, cash flows). Analysis of market data (supply, demand, competition, price trends). Preparation of professional reports outlining recommendations, findings, and potential scenarios. Review of engineering plans from a feasibility and cost perspective. Coordination with relevant departmental teams. Monitoring updates of municipal systems and regulatory requirements. Contributing to determining the best use of sites. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Architectural/Urban Planning) or related real estate specialization. Experience in feasibility studies (preferably 3+ years). Experience in urban and planning systems. Skill in data analysis and report preparation. Ability to assess risks and opportunities.
