About the Role
Hdaiacom Perfume is seeking a specialized Account Manager to join its finance team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role offers an opportunity to contribute effectively to the company's financial operations and ensure accuracy in all accounting and financial matters.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage and execute daily accounting operations and prepare accounting reports.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports and analyze financial results.
- Monitor accounts, receivables, and payables, and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Perform bank reconciliations and systematically review accounts.
- Monitor tax and value-added tax obligations, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and timelines.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and support internal and external audit activities.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting principles and financial systems applied in the Saudi market.
- Experience in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferably Odoo, in addition to an advanced level in Microsoft Excel.
- High skills in financial analysis, organization, and time management.
- Ability to work within a team, handle work pressure, and meet deadlines.
