Required coffee maker (barista) distinguished to work in an upscale café, experienced in preparing hot and cold beverages and providing exceptional customer service. The candidate must be able to work as part of a team and possess excellent communication skills with the ability to work under pressure. Key responsibilities include: • Preparing and serving a variety of specialized coffee drinks (espresso, cappuccino, latte) • Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of coffee preparation equipment • Managing inventory and monitoring the quality of the beans used • Applying food safety standards and hygiene procedures • Receiving orders and serving customers in a professional manner • Contributing to improving the customer experience and providing suggestions for menu development.
