• Booking all Health Club treatments and explaining services to guests.
• Executing POS sales, including retail transactions.
• Checking in and checking out guests professionally.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the work area.
• Providing warm welcomes and tours for guests.
• Assisting in the smooth flow of the guests’ journey throughout the day.

• Knowledge of current Health Club trends in the industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understanding of holistic concepts relevant to guest wellbeing in a spa environment.

• Responding to customer inquiries effectively.
• Providing technical support and after-sales service.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction with our products and services.

• 8-hour shifts, with a monthly rotation between morning and evening shifts.
• Work hours: 8 AM to 9 PM, 6 days a week with Fridays off.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer and customer service systems.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Saudi nationality required.
