About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. This role requires a strong design sense, adaptability to new tools, and the ability to create visually compelling content that aligns with our brand identity. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to craft engaging visuals that drive impact across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually compelling advertisements, infographics, and marketing materials.
• Create engaging landing pages and web assets to support digital campaigns.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to life.
• Stay up to date with new design tools, technologies, and industry trends.
• Utilize Figma, Adobe Suite, and other supporting design tools efficiently.
• Understand social media communication trends and design content optimized for various platforms.
• Have a basic notion of copywriting to ensure messaging complements visual elements.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Strong visual storytelling and layout skills.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and the flexibility to learn new tools.
• Experience designing for digital marketing, social media, and web.
• Solid understanding of branding principles and communication consistency.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced in the English language.
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a big plus.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles is a big plus.
• Familiarity with Notion, Webflow, or other design-supporting tools is a big plus.

Role: Senior Graphic Designer

As a Senior Graphic Designer at Nimblebot, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our clients. This position involves conceptualizing and executing compelling designs across various mediums, including editorial, print, and digital. Your ability to blend creativity with strategic thinking will be key in delivering high-quality designs that meet client objectives and enhance brand storytelling. Proficiency in English is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and execute high-quality designs across various platforms, including branding, web, social media, motion graphics, presentations, and more.
• Lead and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, objectives, and requirements, providing expert guidance and creative direction.
• Work closely with internal teams, including copywriters, marketing specialists, and other designers, to produce cohesive and impactful visual content.
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients, incorporating feedback to refine and improve designs.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.
• Review and proof all design materials before final production, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on printed and digital materials to ensure the final output meets the desired standards.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a graphic designer, with a proven track record in a senior or lead role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and creative solutions.
• Exceptional creativity, artistic skills, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English is required for this role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and mentor junior designers.
