We are looking for a factory manager with extensive experience to lead operational processes and ensure the achievement of production goals with high efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising teams, developing production plans, monitoring quality, and ensuring compliance with safety and occupational health standards. We are looking for someone capable of managing budgets, developing processes, and building strong relationships with suppliers and customers to achieve sustainable growth for the factory. The experience must be more than 10 years in the glass industry.

We are looking for an organized and efficient site coordinator to join our team, who will serve as a link between various stakeholders to ensure the daily workflow runs smoothly.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
    •    Monitor the site's basic service needs (electricity, water, maintenance) and coordinate with the relevant authorities
    •    Coordinate with security guards to organize entry and exit
    •    Receive external visitors and organize the receipt of orders and suppliers
    •    Coordinate to receive field visits from government entities
    •    Contribute to implementing security and safety procedures at the site
Requirements:
    •    One year or more of experience in a similar field
    •    Good communication and organizational skills
    •    Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
    •    Basic knowledge of safety requirements
