We are looking for dynamic individuals to perform clerical duties pertaining to the HR department while ensuring efficiency and compliance with relevant procedures.

Role Purpose:
This role involves liaising with all departments and maintaining organizational standards in HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow HR procedures to ensure controlled work execution.
Participate in daily HR operations to ensure continuity.
Enter and manage data systematically for easy retrieval.
Monitor renewal timelines for work permits, passports, and licenses.
Facilitate the processing of applications at government offices in a timely manner.
Provide guidance to staff regarding government application requirements.
Implement policies to achieve the Hospital’s goals and standards.
Perform additional tasks as required by the Human Resources Manager.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Saudi Citizen (female or male)
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR, Business Management, or a related field.
Must have an account in TAQAT for training opportunities (Tamheer).
Training duration is between 3 to 6 months.
Must not have worked in the past six months.
