The Human Resources Operations Specialist is responsible for managing and executing daily operations related to employee affairs, ensuring compliance with human resources policies and procedures, and providing necessary support to achieve the company's goals and enhance employee satisfaction.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Managing Daily Operations:
Processing employee requests related to vacations, promotions, and job transfers.
Monitoring contracts and ensuring they are renewed or terminated in a timely manner.
Preparing and issuing monthly reports related to human resources.
Implementing Policies and Procedures:
Managing Payroll and Incentives:
