• Maintain accurate records of raw materials in the ERP system and ensure proper tagging.
• Implement inventory management techniques such as FIFO, LIFO, and more as per production needs.
• Regularly inspect the warehouse to ensure sufficient space and quality conditions.
• Conduct monthly stock assessments using inventory control management.
• Adhere to Nestlé's safety and health rules and procedures.

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Supply Chain or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Storekeeper or a recent graduate.
• Proficiency in computer systems.
• Fluency in Arabic with good communication skills in English and Urdu.

• Receiving and issuing: Accurately receiving raw materials and issuing finished products and documenting them.
• Inventory management: Monitoring inventory levels, conducting periodic inventory checks, and matching data with the system.
• Organization: Organizing the warehouse and ensuring cleanliness and easy access to materials.
• Safety: Full compliance with safety procedures for handling and storing chemicals.
• Reports: Preparing inventory reports and submitting them to management periodically.

• Saudi nationality.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Assisting in Receiving Shipments:
  Verifying the quantities and quality of received materials against purchase orders and recording any notes.
• Organizing and Arranging Materials in the Warehouse:
  Contributing to the organized storage of materials to facilitate access while maintaining the order of the warehouse.
• Updating Inventory Records:
  Recording the entry and exit data of materials through inventory management systems to ensure record accuracy.
• Supporting Inventory Counts:
  Assisting in conducting periodic and comprehensive inventory counts to identify discrepancies and adjust stock.
• Implementing Safety Procedures:
  Complying with security and safety guidelines during material handling to ensure a safe working environment.
• Reporting:
  Preparing daily reports on activities and potential issues and sharing them with the warehouse manager.
• Cooperating with Other Teams:
  Coordinating with distribution and procurement teams to ensure business needs are met.
• Dealing with Damaged Materials:
  Inspecting damaged products and suggesting appropriate actions to handle them.

This role requires good organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure to ensure the smooth continuity of logistics operations in the warehouse.

Preferably someone with an academic qualification in supply chains and warehouse management 

• Monitor daily stock balances across warehouses and retail branches.
• Ensure accurate recording of all stock movements (receiving, transfers, returns, damages).
• Maintain optimal stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
• Track slow-moving and fast-moving perfume items and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate stock transfers between branches to ensure balanced availability.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in annual stock counts.
• Monitor stock allocation for online orders and fulfillment centers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail inventory control or warehouse operations.
• Experience in perfumes, cosmetics, FMCG, or luxury retail is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and replenishment planning.
• Proficiency in Power BI for inventory analysis and dashboards.
