About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily pastry operations, overseeing the preparation, execution, and presentation of pastries and desserts to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Produce high-quality breads, rolls, breakfast pastries, and desserts by meticulously following standard recipes for various outlets and banquets.
- Enhance menu offerings by creating and implementing new pastry recipes and seasonal menus to elevate the overall guest dining experience.
- Ensure exceptional quality and presentation by decorating pastries and cakes with creativity and precision, maintaining the highest standards.
- Effectively manage product inventory, maintaining adequate stock of prepared items and ensuring proper storage to preserve freshness and quality.
- Inspire and develop the pastry team by supervising and supporting team members, monitoring performance, providing training, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Adhere to all regulatory standards, including health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, to ensure the highest standards of guest and team member well-being.
