Job Description:
The general accountant will be responsible for executing daily accounting operations, preparing financial reports, following up on accounting entries, in addition to supporting management in analyzing financial data and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Preparing daily accounting entries and records
Following up on accounts payable and receivable
Preparing periodic financial reports
Reviewing financial data and ensuring its accuracy
Using accounting software to record transactions
Supporting monthly financial closing operations
Analyzing financial data and providing recommendations

Qualifications and Requirements:
Diploma or higher qualification in accounting or finance
At least two years of experience (preferred)
Preferably experience in accounting software such as Qayd or Zoho
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in English (speaking and writing) at a very good to excellent level.

We are looking for a general accountant to join our financial team to perform basic accounting tasks and prepare financial reports. The suitable candidate will be responsible for recording daily financial transactions, preparing accounting entries, following up on accounts payable and receivable, and preparing monthly and annual budgets. The position requires experience in using accounting software, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to work with high accuracy in a fast-paced work environment.

Accounting on the system and closing invoices and inventory management

Working hours are 8 hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. There is medical insurance. Day off is only on Friday. She has a membership with accountants.
