About the Role:
As the
Corporate Sales Manager at Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring comprehensive coverage of the sales portfolio, achieving targets, and maximizing productivity.
- Building long-term, value-based customer relationships to achieve property sales objectives.
- Acquiring and managing local corporate and government accounts according to business strategies.
- Monitoring the market and competition, reporting on opportunities and threats.
- Providing accurate reporting on segment and account production.
- Quoting and negotiating prices with customers.
- Cross selling across the MOHG portfolio.
- Setting examples and handling guest complaints effectively.
Expectations:
You will achieve financial targets and monitor the sales objectives of the team, ensuring all KPIs are met. Participation in trade shows and fairs is also required.
