We are looking for a professional digital marketing specialist to join our team in the specialty coffee field, with at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, to contribute to brand growth and increase sales through digital channels.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Content and Social Media Management:
• Prepare and implement a monthly marketing content plan.
• Create and publish daily content on:
• Create creative content ideas for products and offers to increase engagement and sales.
• Write marketing copy (Copywriting) for posts and ads.
• Follow up on comments and messages and improve customer interaction with the brand.
Digital Advertising and Sales Increase:
• Create and manage paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms.
• Prepare ad content from images, videos, and marketing messages.
• Manage and optimize campaigns to achieve the best return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Monitor and analyze campaign results and provide periodic performance reports.
• Experiment with new advertising ideas to increase customers and sales.
E-commerce Store Management (Zid Platform):
• Manage products within the Zid platform.
• Add products and update images, descriptions, and marketing content.
• Optimize product pages to increase the purchase rate.
• Monitor orders and customer experience and coordinate to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Development:
• Contribute to increasing e-commerce store sales.
• Work to reach new customers from cafes, hotels, companies, and wholesale stores.
• Develop ideas and campaigns that help grow wholesale sales.
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Practical experience in managing advertising campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat platforms.
• Experience in e-commerce and sales optimization.
• Ability to create engaging content suitable for the brand.
• Proficiency in reading and analyzing campaign and sales data.
• Preferably experience with the Zid platform or similar e-commerce platforms.
