Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system, preparing regular sales reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Job Description:

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients.
Monitor and record vital signs.
Manage and organize patient medical records.
Assist mental health professionals during sessions when needed.
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure comprehensive care.

Valid nursing license/certification
Previous experience in clinics or medical centers (preferred)
Transferable Iqama (for applicants within Saudi Arabia)
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and support a team of sales representatives.

• Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.

• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure they are met.

• Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them effectively.

• Coordinate with other departments (*, logistics, marketing) to ensure smooth operations.

• Prepare and submit sales performance reports to management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Recruit and onboard new sales team members as needed.

• Encourage teamwork and build a positive sales culture.
